We are situated in the beautiful village of Beachamwell and are surrounded by superb countryside walks and cycle paths, yet we remain close enough to visit the main towns and cities.

The Great Danes Country Inn is ideal for both leisure and business guests -  whatever the time of year.  The village is situated on the edge of Thetford Forest and The Brecks, close to the market towns of Swaffham (you may recognise it from TVs popular Kingdom series!) and Downham Market, and just 25 minutes from Kings Lynn.

We have a total of five rooms, two are on the ground floor in the Old Forge which is full of charactrer and feature traditional beams. We have a choice of single, king-sized, twin or family rooms to suit everyone's needs. All rooms are en-suite with TV/DVD player and free wireless internet access.

Beachamwell is a lovely village with a population of around 330. The centre-piece is the large village green with its beautiful Old Thatched Church.
